When ChatterBox Voices was founded in London over eight years ago, we wanted to create a boutique voice agency and production hub that would treat every working partner like a member of the family.
More than 5,000 projects later, that hands-on approach and ethos of collaboration, support and empathy is still the same. It means our projects really speak to audiences in a personal, authentic way, and our clients trust us to deliver every time.
We now have a dedicated and truly diverse team of 12 who aren’t afraid to push the boundaries. By championing open mindedness, integrity and a glocal mindset, we specialise in creating truly unique content that reaches some of the highest standards of our industry. And we do it all while having a lot of fun.

Neale Laxton
Managing Director
Neale started out managing the master control room for a video production house but soon realised his passion lay in sound. With 20 years in the industry, Neale has worked with some of the biggest brands and spent thousands of hours behind the desk in the studio. He’s the fountain of knowledge your next project needs.
Rowan Laxton
Company Director
With more than 40 years as a music engineer under his belt, working with the likes of Annie Lennox, Robert Plant, REM, Coldplay and Madonna, Rowan has plenty of stories to tell. He set up Alchemy Post in 1995 before co-founding ChatterBox Voices alongside Camilla and Neale in 2012. He is fanatical about all things related to music, cricket and rugby.
Joanna Shiokka
Senior Voice Over Manager / Agent
After cutting her teeth in drama, writing theatre and cinema reviews, production and post production, Joanna finally found her home in the voice over sector in general, and at ChatterBox in particular. She works and plays hard, and can often be found training for a half marathon, pushing herself in a spin class, dancing or rustling up a mean grilled halloumi.
Luciano Cipolla
Localisation & Voice Over Manager / Agent
Half-Italian, half-English, Luciano is a self-confessed language and video game geek from Rome. He moved to London at 18 to study Computer Games Design and Creative Writing and has spent his professional career mastering the art of localisation. His passions are languages, visual arts, books and cooking.
Yuliya Stancheva
Social Media Manager / Host and Producer for Chatterbox Hub podcast
In her native Bulgaria, Yuliya worked as a radio journalist and voice and dubbing actor for 13 years before flying to London in 2009. Her voice is featured in films and TV as diverse as Batman, Titanic, 24, and NCIS. She loves music, swimming, nature photography and is learning to play the piano.
Gerard Rodriguez
Recording Engineer
Songwriter and music producer Gerard left Barcelona four years ago to find fame in London. We’re not sure how that’s going but he’s pretty famous around the Alchemy Post studios for his recording engineer skills.
Mikosh Nanasi
Head of Sound
Mikosh’s early fascination with sound and all its vibrations led him to university to study a BSc in Sound Engineering. Nowadays, when he’s not riding his bike or motorcycle, he’s leading the sound team at our Alchemy Post studios.
